Terms & Conditions

1. What this service is
The Local USDT is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of USDT (Tether) against Indian Rupees. We do not buy, sell, or hold cryptocurrency as a counterparty — every trade is between two users, with USDT held in escrow by the platform only for the duration of that trade until an admin confirms the INR payment and releases it.
2. Eligibility & verification
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use this service. Before placing or accepting any trade, you must complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, and a selfie), which is reviewed by an admin. We may reject or revoke verification at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.
3. How escrow & trades work
When a trade starts, the seller's USDT is locked (not spendable or withdrawable) until the trade is settled or cancelled. The buyer pays the seller directly by bank transfer or UPI, then confirms payment; an admin verifies the payment proof before releasing the USDT to the buyer. Sending payment outside these steps, or to any account not shown in the trade itself, is entirely at your own risk.
4. Fees & the sell-pool bonus
A platform fee applies to completed trades, shown before you confirm. Where offered, the sell-pool daily bonus (a percentage of a sell ad's currently-unsold USDT, credited daily) is set at the platform's discretion, can change or be withdrawn at any time, and is not a guaranteed return, interest product, or investment scheme — it is a promotional incentive tied specifically to unsold ad inventory, not a deposit or balance held with us.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and KYC.
- Keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Only send or receive USDT on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network — using any other network results in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds, which we cannot reverse or reimburse.
- Not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency values can be volatile, and regulatory treatment of crypto assets varies and may change. Trading carries financial risk that you assume entirely by using this service. We make no guarantee of profit, and past pricing or bonus payouts are not a promise of future results.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, fails KYC review, or is linked to suspicious activity, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding trades must still be settled or cancelled through the normal process.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, third-party actions, sending funds to the wrong network or address, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
